Year 1975 and is the first and only chronograph with a tuning fork movement.
The tuning fork oscillates at a frequency of 300 Hz, the second hand and stopwatch hand rotate permanently with no visible intermediate steps. The vibrations of the tuning fork are transmitted to the gear train through a system of pawls and a toothed wheel. When you hold the watch to your ear, it hums softly.
