Description

This is an automatically translated text.
On offer is an authentic Omega Seamaster Automatic from 1952.
A very early example, - from the model line still like the very first Seamaster from 1948.
Measuring 36 x 45mm without the crown, it is significantly larger than the 60s models and therefore much more present on the wrist.
It is a so-called hammer automatic, a "bumper" with the caliber 354 with central second.
The movement has been checked and regulated by our watchmaker. The watch runs perfectly and keeps good time.
The dial is also original and has not been reprinted. It has a charming patina that gives this watch its unmistakable vintage character.
The original Omega crown is also rare. The watch is tightly sealed with a steel screw-down cover, inside which is the embossed reference 2657 sc.
The gold-plated case (gold capped) shows normal signs of wear after more than 70 years - the crystal is free of scratches.
With the movement serial number "13792323", the date of manufacture can be dated to 1952.
We have fitted a new, high-quality dark brown leather strap from "Rios".
If you prefer a different strap, we will be happy to offer you a choice.
A rare piece of contemporary history from the Omega manufactory, not only for collectors but still completely suitable for everyday use!
