opinione strettamente personale, l'oggetto in questione non si trovava nelle condizioni descritte nè le foto erano veritiere, ed è pertanto stato restituito. Avrei preferito di gran lunga ricevere l'orologio come veniva rappresentato nelle foto e risparmiare le spese di spedizione del reso.

This wasn't the smoothest transaction and it is hard to say I would recommend this dealer. Dealer communications were extremely slow, averaging 1-2 days to reply, and following payment (along with an additional 100 euros shipping cost), they were very slow to ship the watch (4-5 buisness days). Upon delivery to me the original Omega boutique dated warranty card showed the watch as verifiably 5 years older than was descirbed in the listing and it was running ~15 seconds per day fast. Through C24 mediation the dealer did provide a small partial refund, which has covered the cost of regulation by an Omega qualified watchmaker, but the refund was modest, given the 5 year discrepancy in actual vs advertised age of the piece. Overall, I'm very happy with the timepiece, and the watch is in excellent cosmetic condition, however the dealer experience has room for improvement in communications and customer service.
