NOMOS Club

The NOMOS Club collection proves you can successfully combine simple and elegant Bauhaus style with sporty design. While every Club model's design is clearly from NOMOS, these watches feel much more sturdy than others in the NOMOS catalog. Their polished stainless steel cases are robust, and some even boast water resistance of up to 200 m (20 bar, 656 ft). Every dial is also protected by scratch-resistant sapphire glass.

The Arabic numerals, which alternate with indices, draw inspiration from the signs found along American highways and are rather large by NOMOS standards. The minute scale around the dial's edge and the small seconds dial at 6 o'clock add yet another dynamic to these timepieces. The NOMOS Club comes with the choice of an automatic or manual caliber. Each movement is precise, developed in-house, and equipped with the NOMOS Swing System.

With cases ranging from 36 to 41.5 mm in diameter and different dial colors, the NOMOS Club is the perfect choice for anyone on the market for a high-quality, sporty dress watch for everyday wear.

The standard version of the Club is water resistant to 100 m (10 bar, 328 ft) and easy to spot thanks to its white silver-plated dial, dark gray numerals and indices, and black hands with a red inlay. Bright red numerals in the minute scale add another splash of color. This edition of the NOMOS Club comes as a 36-mm model featuring the manual caliber Alpha, a 38.5-mm model with the manual caliber DUW 4101, and a 40-mm model with the automatic caliber DUW 5001.

You can purchase the smallest version for around 920 USD in good condition and 1,100 USD new. Depending on its condition, plan to spend between 1,400 and 1,600 USD for the variant with a date display. Watches with an automatic caliber cost the most, with prices ranging from 1,600 USD for a pre-owned timepiece to 1,900 USD for one in mint condition. All three models are also available with a sapphire glass case back. This feature adds another 170 USD to each of the prices listed above.

The in-house caliber Alpha also powers the watches of the Club Campus series. This movement is only 2.6 mm thick. The most obvious difference between the standard Club and the Campus models is the design of the dial. The Campus uses Arabic numerals on the upper half of its dial and Roman numerals on the bottom half. Watches with a white silver-plated dial feature light gray numerals with a neon orange outline. Those with a black dial have the same numerals but with a turquoise blue outline. Both versions come with rhodium-plated hour and minute hands and a neon orange hand on the small seconds dial. SuperLuminova coats the hands, numerals, and indices, which glow bright blue in the dark. Each watch is worn using an anthracite, light gray, or dark gray suede strap.

The entry-level Club is 36-mm in diameter and bears the reference number 708. Set aside around 1,100 USD for a mint-condition timepiece. Pre-owned pieces sell for as little as 900 USD. At 38.5 mm, the Club 38 Campus and Club 38 Campus Night models both feel much larger. Their dials are white and black, respectively. Both watches cost about 1,200 USD new and 1,000 USD pre-owned.

As its name suggests, the Club Aqua is at home in the water. These watches are suited for diving thanks to their 200 m (20 bar, 656 ft) of water resistance. You can choose from a 37 or 41.5-mm case as well as a number of dial colors. Options include white, dark blue (known as "Atlantic" at NOMOS), siren red, siren blue, or siren white. A coating of SuperLuminova means the hands, numerals, and indices all glow in the dark.

NOMOS equips the Aqua exclusively with automatic movements that can be viewed through a sapphire glass case back. The Neomatik caliber DUW 3001 powers the 37-mm timepieces, while the in-house caliber DUW 5101 ticks away inside the 41.5-mm models and provides these watches with a date display at 6 o'clock. A refined anthracite or dark gray textile band lends the Aqua the feeling of a tool watch and makes it the perfect watch for land and sea.

Expect to pay around 2,200 USD for a new, 37-mm Club Aqua with a siren white dial. Prices for the other dial colors sit around 2,400 USD. Regardless of the color, well-maintained pieces sell for about 2,000 USD. The larger model with a date display changes hands for between 2,400 and 2,700 USD in mint condition. Pre-owned, it ranges from 2,100 to 2,300 USD.
