El artículo fue enviado inmediatamente después del pago y 5 días después estaba en nuestra aduana en España /Madrid para su inspección. Entonces empezaron los problemas. No pude ponerme en contacto con nadie en la aduana. El vendedor incluso lo intentó desde Japón. Después de que me dijera que probablemente el artículo estaba en Las Palmas, me dirigí desde Fuerteventura para averiguar algo directamente en la aduana y en la oficina de correos. Me dijeron que podía tardar hasta 6 meses, pero eso fue todo lo que conseguí. Se lo dije al vendedor, que entonces decidió esperar conmigo. Finalmente, después de 2 meses y 3 semanas, el reloj llegó sano y salvo en su embalaje original. Sólo puedo recomendar a este vendedor porque es paciente, servicial y, en mi opinión, muy relajado. Muchas gracias por esta gran compra y este fantástico reloj de ensueño.
