Not impressed with the condition I received my shipment along with the condition of the certificates etc. No original box provided and I am surprised the watch arrived not damaged in the state I received the shipment. Slightly dissappointed

Suffered significant delays in customs processing since the seller didn’t provide appropriate documentation. Regardless of whether customs requirements were or weren’t made clear by DHL, they should have been taken into account by the Seller. This was made worse by the fact that DHL did not reach out to the Seller, and I was mediating the entire process. The Seller however communicated quickly and promptly furnished the pending documents when requested. Mixed feelings about the overall experience.

In fact the dealer unilateraly decided a DHL Express delivery process, this is very very expensive and mark up the price of the watch in addition to the customs taxes That is not fair not to ask the customer confirmation prior shipment. otherwise nothing else to complain, the product & service is here.

By default, we are using either DHL Express / FedEx to ship out the order (depend on the availability of the flight to the destination country) as both of this courier service was reliable to ship on the expensive watches. With regards to Customs Tax, every country have different type of tax and duty policy, not all country will charge for the tax and duties.
